The Accidentals present TIME OUT featuring Kim Richey, Beth Nielsen Chapman & Maia Sharp

A night of songs, stories, and laughter.

TIME OUT is an unforgettable “songwriters in the round” concert, reminiscent of a night at the legendary Blue Bird Cafe where award-winning writers swap personal stories and inspirational songs in an intimate setting. The Accidentals—a female-fronted, multi-instrumentalist, indie folk power trio—spent the better part of the last year writing songs for a TIME OUT album with writers that inspired them to create music, including Hall of Fame writer Beth Nielsen Chapman, barrier-breaking Kim Richey, and the masterful Maia Sharp. After a sold-out TIME OUT thirteen-city tour, and 15 weeks in the top 10 on the Folk, Americana, and NACC radio charts, they decided to record TIME OUT 2 (February 2022) and launch a 2022 TIME OUT tour. Rolling Stone called TIME OUT “a mission statement for uniting a busted America.”

Kim Richey is a multifaceted singer-songwriter whose songs have been hits on both the country and pop charts and recorded by artists that include Trisha Yearwood, Radney Foster, The Chicks, Brooks & Dunn, and Patty Loveless. She has ten solo albums and in 2020 released A Long Way Back: The Songs of Glimmer.

Beth Nielsen Chapman has written seven #1 hits and songs recorded by Bonnie Raitt, Willie Nelson, Bette Midler, Elton John, Neil Diamond, Michael McDonald, Keb Mo’, Roberta Flack, Waylon Jennings, Indigo Girls, and Faith Hill’s mega-hit, This Kiss. Hearts of Glass is the most recent of her thirteen solo albums.

Maia Sharp, an accomplished and prolific artist, has had her songs recorded by Bonnie Raitt, The Chicks, Trisha Yearwood, Keb’ Mo’, Cher, Edwin McCain, Terri Clark, David Wilcox, Art Garfunkel, Lizz Wright, Paul Carrack, Lisa Loeb and more. She has eight solo releases, including her most recent, Mercy Rising.
